Sway processes desktop frames on your Mac to render the effect. The app does not record, store, or upload screen content.

Screen Recording permission

macOS uses this permission to allow live screen capture. Sway uses these frames only while preparing or displaying the effect, and clears them when capture stops. It does not capture audio or microphone input.

Preferences and sensor data

Appearance preferences are saved locally on your Mac. Hinge angles are read on your device and are not transmitted.

This website

This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies, or accounts. It is hosted on Vercel, which may process standard request information to serve and protect the website.

Purchases

When purchases become available, checkout and app delivery will be handled by Lemon Squeezy. Information you provide during checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy under its privacy policy. Sway does not receive your payment card details.

Your control

Pause or quit from the menu bar. Revoke Screen Recording access in System Settings at any time. Remove the app from Applications to uninstall.
